Michigan City church congregations will join community and health care partners for a two-day diabetes education, prevention and detection mini workshop.
Session 1: August 16 at noon
Diabetes education, free screenings, insurance enrollment assistance, vendor information, & snacks.
Session 2: September 13 at noon
Screening follow up, planning & moving forward, and referral information.
